No. Becard is a paid service. The price depends on the package selected, the billing cycle and the number of licences.
The first 14 days are free of charge. From the 15th day onwards, your selected package will be billed monthly, every six months or annually, depending on the billing option you chose.
Yes. Once you have registered, you will have access to a 14-day free trial with full functionality, completely free of charge and with no automatic commitment.
The cost depends on the licensing model, billing cycle and number of licences. Additional discounts beyond the standard volume discounts are not available.
Our prices are calculated to ensure that we can provide a reliable infrastructure, customer support and continuous development. This allows us to keep our pricing fair and transparent for everyone.
No. Digital business cards involve ongoing costs for hosting, data transfer, media and security. For this reason, we only offer subscription-based pricing.
No. Your only commitment is the billing period you have selected. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, with charges calculated on a pro-rata basis. Downgrades take effect automatically at the start of the next billing period.
You can pay by credit card or SEPA direct debit. For 100 licences or more, payment by invoice is also available.
Yes. You can create multiple billing accounts and allocate licences flexibly between them. However, pricing is always based on the number of licences assigned to each individual billing account. Licence volumes cannot be combined across separate accounts for pricing purposes.
No. We do not currently offer special rates for non-profit organisations, public-sector bodies or educational institutions. Our prices are already structured to remain fair and transparent for everyone.
New licences are activated immediately and charged on a pro-rata basis. This means you only pay the proportionate amount until the next billing date.
You can remove any licences you no longer need at any time. The price will be adjusted automatically from the start of the next billing period.
Yes. A legally compliant invoice is generated automatically for every payment and can be downloaded from the customer portal.
